Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
Design visually stunning emails, digital ads, landing pages, and presentations aligned with strategic objectives.
Prototype high-fidelity UI's and present design concepts to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and solve design challenges.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Create designs that resonate with target audiences and support marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital design.
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
Expertise in Wordpress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with external vendors.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Bonus Skills:
Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with Asana and/or Widen.
Animation or video editing skills.
Previous agency experience.
