You'll craft engaging and audience centered designs to captivate diverse audiences and elevate our brand and industry presence. This individual should be prepared to thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.ResponsibilitiesModern Design:Develop visually strong designs for our digital platforms, ensuring they align with current design trends and best practices.UX/UI Mastery: Design intuitive, compelling interfaces for web and mobile, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.Web Design:Work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and microsites.Collaboration:Forge a synergy with our graphic designers, content leaders, brand strategist, and additional marketing stakeholders to harmonize innovative design with our brand's integrity and guidelines.Systems-thinking:Design and create templates and brand system kits for scalable marketing applications.Thought Leadership:Stay ahead of design trends, inspiring the team with groundbreaking ideas for the FinTech space.Customer Centricity: Champion the user's perspective, leveraging a deep understanding of personas, pain points, aesthetic preferences, and customer journeys to guide design decisions.Insight Led:Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics, to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations, ensuring that the final product meets user expectations and drives business goals.Agile:Leverage design thinking and agile principles to craft and iterate high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating user feedback to deliver continuous improvements.Qualifications10+ years of experience (agency and in-house/client roles)B2B and enterprise marketing experienceA strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, web, and digital designProficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and web accessibilityMastery of creative design suites, software, and toolsDeep understanding of user-centric design principlesExceptional communication skills and collaborative spiritDigital fluency, with a pulse on social platforms, cultural trends, and emerging technologyExperience working in small and large organizationsCapable of making critical decisions under pressure, prioritizing projects and resources based on strategic business objectivesExcellent interpersonal skills and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team membersBenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
