As our Brand Manager, you'll sculpt our social media presence, collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and Brand Development Manager to craft a digital masterpiece that captivates and resonates. Through crafting compelling content and delving into analytics, you'll not only foster our brand's growth but also watch it blossom across our dynamic network of over 30 studios (and counting). Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Curate and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Tailor captions while exploring trending hashtags to elevate each studio's visibility based on location and local trends.
Analytics & Insights: Monitor social media performance, refining strategies based on key metrics to amplify audience engagement and expand brand reach.
Team Coordination: Foster seamless collaboration with the marketing team through Slack communication and weekly meetings. Efficiently organize and manage content within Google Drive and Dropbox, adhering to established organizational naming conventions.
Platform Expertise: Utilize Meta Business Suite for content management, ensuring a unified brand presence online.
Franchise Support: Provide marketing support and insights to franchise owners during scheduled meetings.
Requirements:
Graphic Design Experience: Minimum 10 years of graphic design experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design preferred; relevant experience can substitute formal education.
Portfolio: Applicants must present a comprehensive creative portfolio showcasing graphic design proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite.
Copywriting Skills: Essential experience in crafting compelling content for social media postings.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite is required. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday or Jira is advantageous.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and engaging remote work environment.
Performance Expectations:
Organic Growth: Strategically enhance the social media presence of franchise owners' accounts, focusing on organic growth. Key success metrics include increased engagement rates and expanding follower base.
Brand Consistency: Develop and uphold a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms, ensuring content resonates with target demographics.
Campaign Management: Conceptualize and oversee social media campaigns that effectively elevate brand awareness and foster audience engagement.
