Digital And Print Editor

Job Summary Individual is an integral member of the operational team. In this role you will design and create digital and letter content for communication with consumers. You will act as a liaison to facilitate collaboration between business lines, infrastructure, and other members of Jefferson Capital. The Digital Print Editor is the technical expert for the applications that they support. This person will be responsible for content testing, production sampling, and version control. The individual will also be responsible for the internal Communication Committee and working with outside vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develops an in-depth understanding of Jefferson Capital business processes, systems, and compliance platforms. Works with other members of the business units to develop new letters and enhance existing Documents technical requirements based on functional requirements requested by the Performs one on one interviews, hosts group meetings, and conducts Update communication samples for call center employees to Audits output for content and compliance Validates letter invoices from vendor. Communicates effectively with all levels of the Takes pride in ownership of delivered product that performs as expected and is free from Adheres to Jefferson Capital Systems compliance program and its' related activities and maintains confidentiality REQUIREMENTS Some College Technical understanding of Microsoft Word and HTML Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools . Reporting skills with great attention to Proficiency in logic-based programming concepts. Experience in the financial services industry (credit, banking, insurance,) preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to be influential through both written and verbal interactions with a variety of audiences.
