Requirements
Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Own and lead our advertising creative strategy and execution.
Continuously innovate and optimize ad creatives to drive efficiency in new customer acquisition.
Spearhead collaboration with the internal acquisition team and external agencies on creative concepting and overall strategy.
Work closely with our in-house design and video teams, providing clear and actionable creative briefs for ad campaigns.
Ensure systematic labeling, tracking, and analysis of all creative assets to facilitate data-driven decisions and creative iterations.
Qualifications:

Expertise in crafting creative briefs grounded in ad performance data.
Demonstrated proficiency in conversion rate optimization.
Managed multimillion-dollar ad campaigns across major digital platforms.
Deep understanding of customer-centric marketing strategies.

Relevant experience in Ecommerce, preferably within baby apparel.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Record of excellence in conversion and creative ad optimization.

Experience with a brand boasting 8-figure website revenue.
Passionate about driving growth through creative innovation.
Experience in crafting and executing creative briefs based on ad performance data.
Expertise in variation testing, including elements like hooks, text overlays, etc, at a large creative volume.
Proven history of ad creatives backed by significant ad spends (millions).
Solid grasp of marketing to fresh audiences unfamiliar with a brand.
Keen ability to delve into customer psychology, discerning purchase drivers and key value points.
Prior experience in an Ecommerce ad creative role, with preference given to those with experience in the baby product sector.
Demonstrated analytical acumen with proficiency in converting data insights into tangible creative strategies.
Proven record in boosting ad performance via creative enhancements.
Prior stint with a brand generating 8-figure revenue through their website.
