Akkodis is seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist (Product Marketing) for a contract position with our Fortune 500 insurance client.

Location:

Can work hybrid in one of the 4 primary hubs: Chattanooga, TN; Columbia, SC; Atlanta, GA; and Portland, ME

Target Rate Range:

$35-50/hr W2

Overview:
The Digital Adoption Specialist position supports efforts to drive the adoption & engagement of digital products and services within the Acquisition customer journey supporting customer enrollment. In support of a Principal Digital Adoption Lead, the incumbent of this role will help leverage user motivations, technology feature fit, creative strategy, messaging and communications, and key performance indicator and metric analytics to support execution of tactics that drive usage & engagement of digital products and services.

This role requires an understanding of how to create personalized communication tactics including landing pages, emails and brochures to tailor custom content based on product mix. He/she must be able to assess the impact of these tactics on customer and user adoption and utilization using campaign tracking and measurement tools. This role must be familiar with content creation workflow and operations. This role requires strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the design and creation of customized content and communications across production team.
Supports Principal Adoption Lead to communicate campaign strategies and plans and manages tactical execution.
Facilitates campaign tracking and regularly measures campaign performance and pacing against achievement of key adoption performance indicators.
Partners with creative, business, journey and analytics partners to achieve results.
Supports production of field and operational positioning materials, raising awareness and promoting new features.
Partners with adoption team, journey team and analytics team members to obtain necessary data to support initiatives and key metrics.
Understands the functionality of digital platforms across Consumer journey and remain abreast of new features for potential adoption opportunities.
Helps monitor industry best practices and reactions to adoption efforts to continuously refine and improve project plans.

Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent relevant business experience
2-4 years of experience with digital product development, project management and/or digital marketing
Experience in project management and planning
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Superior communication skills
Excellent presentation creation skills
Ability to work on many projects and teams in parallel and see across multiple projects and customer channels and identify opportunities to connect adoption strategies.
Sharp critical thinking skills and creativity to strategize out-of-the-box solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
Self-starter with superior organizational and leadership skills
Passionate about the digital era and an understanding of current market trends
