Responsibilities
• Ensure meals meet high nutritional standards for seniors• Work closely with clinical team to monitor residents' nutritional needs• Provide nutrition education and assist with policy development• Train and provide guidance to dining managers and staff• Monitor implementation of effective nutritional care systems
Requirements
• Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials• Licensed (if required by State)• 2 years of consulting experience preferred• Effective prioritization skills• Solid interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to represent the company professionally• Enjoy coaching and mentoring others
