An established and growing diesel shop is seeking an organized effective Lead Hand for a Diesel Truck Mechanic job in Kansas City MO. The Lead hand Truck Technician position offers:
$32.00 $45.00/hour to start. Benefits include:

Requirements Provide excellent mentorship and adherence to tasks for those under supervision Knowledgeable in Diesel Truck manufacturers from Freightliner Kenworth Peterbilt International Western Star Mercedes Benz Hino Isuzu etc. Experience with Cummins Caterpillar Detroit Diesel International etc. engine is ideal Scheduling updating reports Parts ordering and stock awareness Lead by example with repairs Fill in for senior staff when required Valid CDL Class A or ability to secure within 90 days MT1

Leadership experience (5+ years) Diesel Truck Repair Experience OEM Training/Certification Preferred Diagnostics Troubleshooting Overhaul/Engine/Transmission Experience a plus Clear Communication
