Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with power generation equipment• Make repair recommendations and order appropriate parts• Perform all repairs on power generation equipment and related support equipment• Perform routine maintenance on equipment• Utilize measuring equipment for diagnosis and repair• Perform load testing and building tests• Assist lower level Field Service Technicians• Maintain a clean and safe work environment• Perform work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required• 3-7 years related experience required• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly• Dependable and trustworthy• Comfortable making decisions for oneself• Ability to organize and complete work within deadlines• Clear and concise written communication skills• Effective spoken communication skills• Ability to take care of customers' needs while following company procedures• Ability to utilize laptop computers and portable diagnostic tools• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License required
Key Skills Needed
• Computer navigation and utilization skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
