ASR International Corporation, has an exciting opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert on the Data Housing and Reporting Tool (DHART).
The DHART Subject Matter Expert will provide expertise and administrative support to the Navy Security Force, N34. This will include providing support and guidance to DHART coordinators and users and developing data capture and reporting formats, user guides and training, instructions, and policy and doctrine. Additionally, the SME will assist in the administration of the DHART suite.  Location: Norfolk, Virginia Job Description: Support DHART coordinators and users. Develop data capture and reporting formats for reporting (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Conduct Bi-weekly question and answer sessions for the DHART Enterprise Assist in the administration of the Scheduling Application resident in the DHART suite. Develop drafts and policy doctrine, including a quality assurance plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc. Support and assist new and existing DHART users to ensure the system is being used as designed and required.   Provide training and guidance provided remotely or in-person/on-site for groups or individuals as needed or requested. Provide draft/final report formats as required, including DHART generated Assessment reports. Produce metrics-based reports in order to answer CNIC or other up echelon data calls. Analyze, recommend, and update the DHART suite as required using the system's internal functions to ensure alignment with all relevant DoD, DON, USN, CNIC, and N34 policies. Support and assist N34 in the coordination and oversight of software vendor tasks as required, which may include but is not limited to requirements gathering and analysis, managing development requests, conducting post-release acceptance testing, and providing cooperative guidance to the DHART suite Help Desk Team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Business or Technical Field. Extensive and current knowledge of Navy Force Protection, Antiterrorism, and Physical Security Program requirements, concepts, methodology and training to ensure the identification and promulgation of an effective program for vulnerability identification and mitigation in support of the N34 mission. Expert knowledge of the Navy and CNIC Training Program and systems. Possess expert knowledge of DHART, including all facets of generated reports, linkages between training requirements and training profiles within the system. Possess working knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. About ASR International
