In this role, you will have an in-depth understanding of semiconductor memory product device functionality and expert capability on the test manufacturing code and testing techniques used to develop, implement, validate, and ensure device performance. You will engage on new technology at design start to cultivate DFT and Micron Component Test flow philosophy on cutting-edge DRAM architectures.
