Responsibilities
• Leading a multi-disciplined directorate of approximately 100 engineers• Establishing key software pipeline tools and process metrics• Deploying common SW CM tools, process, automation for Dev*Ops continuous integration pipeline• Collaborating with various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)• General software configuration management and version control• Weapon system Integrated Functional Capability (IFC) definition and orchestration/integration IFC work across Sentinel• Key customer interface with the ability to present to senior internal and external (government) leaders
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or Master's and 8 years of experience• 5+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal• 3+ years' experience developing software using agile methodologies• 3+ years' experience with EVMS on software development programs• Active DoD Secret clearance, investigation must have been completed within last 5 years
