Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced DevOps to support Kadiak and our government customer in Clarksburg, WV.

Position Overview: Kadiak, LLC currently has an opening for a DevOps professional to provide support for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) at their Clarksburg facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the FBI with software development and delivery processes emphasizing communication and collaboration between product management, software development, and operations personnel. This position may perform its duties either remote, on-site or hybrid.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues; and apply IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices regarding the continuous delivery of services supporting all organization applications.
Recommend new methodologies and lead implementation.
Create and/or maintain operating systems, communications software, database packages, compilers, assemblers, and utility programs.
Create new software and modify existing software to ensure efficiency and integrity between systems and applications.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: At least 8-15 years of experience with software development and delivery processes emphasizing communication and collaboration between product management, software development, and operations personnel.
Cloud expertise related to cloud resource planning and provisioning.
Experience with platform as a service (PaaS).
Experience in "componentized" applications for easier management and orchestration.
Possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proof of US Citizenship
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from an accredited institution; or equivalent experience.
