Please send your resume in Word format to Job Summary: DevOps Engineers who can be onsite and in building pipelines to automate the infrastructure hosting on AWS/Azure. You can make sure to automate the process flow to enable backup and recovery for a cloud-hosted resource. Develop end-to-end monitoring for Azure-hosted resources (alerts routed through SNOW automation). Automation to manage updates and patches for Azure resources (VMs). Apply Azure DevOps and AWS cloud formation models, frameworks, and strategies. Design, develop, and implement new cloud-based technical solutions. Develop and implement a plan to migrate On-Premise onto AWS/Azure. Develop and migrate US/CA hosted onto Citrix on the cloud. Maintain AWS /Azure Hosted Production/Development domains Participate in on-call support rotation to cover any escalated support issues and to perform any required troubleshooting Provide standard Tier 3 level of infrastructure support Maintain the hardware and software configuration server (and other infrastructure components) information as applicable Monitor the health of the entire hosting environment. Perform traditional administration, management, maintenance, and operational tasks related to ensuring the high availability of the DDHC and its supporting applications and data, including the following: Provide Tier 3 infrastructure support Provide System Administration support Maintain current hosting environment (AWS, Azure) Create, sustain, and manage Active Directory, Organizational Units, Group Policy Objects, domains, directory structures, etc., as applicable. Manage and support Internet content filtering service Database Support - SQL Cluster Farm Servers Sybase farm Provide Service Now ticket system administration support Participate in on-call support rotation to cover any escalated support issues and to perform any required troubleshooting Report security incidents and perform incident mitigation Implement approved password and account management controls Maintain and configure security settings on servers, network devices, firewalls, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, content filters, etc. as applicable Ensure servers and other applicable components are patched and kept up to date Perform Windows server OS patch management monthly - Patches are rolled out/deployed in an automated fashion for online connect servers and manually for DMZ servers Provide Windows server recovery (1-2 a month)- respond to the initial request within 2 hours and have the average recovery completed within 24 hours Assist in systems scanning, audit, assessment, and compliance tasks using IS standards DDHC Project Support - to provide the full scope of activities required to deliver new (or modified) IT services within the DDHC in response to corporate initiatives, customer requests, and/or technical upgrade, expansion, or refinement efforts involving DDHC physical and cloud-based infrastructure and hosted applications Assist in the infrastructure upgrades related to Networks, Storage, Backup, Serve, etc. Service Now Change Tasks – Creating and performing after-hours approved changes. Perform antivirus upgrades, verify servers get automatic updates, and review clients to ensure the patches are successfully pushed. In addition to common tasks, perform DDHC Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hosting Platform Duties and Responsibilities. Apply Azure DevOps and AWS cloud formation models, frameworks, and strategies. Design, develop, and implement new cloud-based technical solutions. Other Duties Maintain and update the technical documentation Maintain operational support processes and procedures Document and deliver clear artifacts and outputs Deliverables Committed User Stories in each sprint and remediated all vulnerabilities according to targets. Education:** Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Experience:** 6 – 8 Years of related work experience. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud concepts. Will be proactive in staying current on the latest updates in AWS/Azure Requirements: Experience working in AWS/Azure (5+ years) Experience in DevOps (5+ years) Experience working in an Agile Environment (5+ years)
