Must Haves:

10+ yrs experience:
DevOps automation + CI/CD Deployment Pipeline:
Jenkins , Ansible tower, XLR, Openshift , etc.
Openshift Containerization
(Mgr Note: "Openshift is Kubernetes with a pretty face on it")
Working knowledge of load balancing and containers
experience with Git commands to pull code and keep repositories up to date
Basic software development standards - Basic SDLC
Understanding of how Java applications work/Deployment
All of their apps are Java vendor apps
They don't develop, they deploy code into Bitbucket , and configure files via Jenkins, etc.
