Responsibilities
• Prospect and secure local corporate sponsorships and donations.• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and donors.• Research and match prospective sponsors to campaign goals and mission.• Develop and present proposals for revenue and volunteer engagement.• Recruit and manage executive volunteers, committees, and event volunteers.• Coordinate the event auction and solicit auction items.• Lead individual membership recruitment for Hard Hats with Heart campaign.• Plan and implement engagement events for campaign members.• Collaborate with internal and external partners for event planning.• Support and promote campaign communication plans.
Requirements
• 3 years of fundraising or sales experience.• Ability to do daily local travel with reliable transportation.• Ability to lift and move large objects.• Basic knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.• Preferred: University/College degree or equivalent experience.• Preferred: Experience managing high-level leaders at the C-Suite level.• Knowledge of corporate and community networks.
