Vertex IT Systems seeking a skilled PLM Teamcenter Developer/Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) upgrade, along with expertise in implementation, customization, and integration of Teamcenter solutions. The role requires proficiency in setting up replica/test/prototype environments, hosting Teamcenter in MS Azure Cloud platform, and collaborating with various vendors. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as SAP integration (T4S), ECAD/Allegro/OrCAD (EDA) integration, Solidworks (SWIM) integration, Change Management, and Document Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the upgrade and implementation of Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Configure and maintain replica, test, and prototype environments based on production requirements, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Deploy and manage Teamcenter hosting in MS Azure Cloud platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the environment. Customize Teamcenter and AWC functionalities to meet specific business requirements, leveraging advanced development techniques and tools. Integrate Teamcenter with SAP systems (T4S) for streamlined data exchange and process automation. Facilitate integration of Teamcenter with ECAD/Allegro/OrCAD (EDA) tools and Solidworks (SWIM) for enhanced collaboration and data management. Oversee Teamcenter Change Management and Document Management processes, optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and maintain TcUA (Teamcenter Unified Architecture) components, modules, and extensions to enhance system capabilities and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality PLM solutions within project timelines and budget constraints. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM development and implementation. Proven expertise in upgrading and customizing Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC) solutions. Strong knowledge of Teamcenter 13.x and AWC 5.x versions, with experience in setting up replica/test/prototype environments. Proficiency in deploying and managing Teamcenter hosting in MS Azure Cloud platform. Experience in Teamcenter integration with SAP (T4S), ECAD/Allegro/OrCAD (EDA), and Solidworks (SWIM). In-depth understanding of Teamcenter Change Management and Document Management processes. Extensive experience in TcUA (Teamcenter Unified Architecture) development and customization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
