Job summary
The Detailer Lead will oversee all detail work at Seattle MINI.They will coordinate, manage, and perform cleaning and detailing services.The Detailer Lead will act as a supervisor and team leader.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Schedule and approve detail jobs, ensuring high quality.• Develop and enforce detail policies and guidelines.• Train and provide feedback to detailers, monitor performance.• Maintain inventory of detailing materials and tools.• Clean and detail vehicles, track progress and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum of 5 years' experience in vehicle detailing.• Knowledge of automotive detailing products and techniques.• Excellent leadership and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle report.
