Length of Contract: 1 year

Schedule: 1-2 days a week (fixed days)

SOW:Attend escalated calls on users (inscope) that cannot be resolved remotely by the central service deskIsolate system issues; diagnose standard softwareissues and report hardware issues to OEM/VendorsInstallation / re-installation / configuration ofsystems, printers, and scanners.Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of RenewgplInstallation / re-installation / configuration ofin-scope client software/applicationsInstallation/configuration of e-mail clients.Troubleshooting e-mail client-related issues.Troubleshooting printer/scanner-related issues.Troubleshooting issues related to standard MS OfficesoftwareSupport for local area network issues (LAN), DHCPclientInstall antivirus software and check virusdefinition auto-updatesInstall approved patches onto desktops/laptopsConfigure Print Queues for Servers / Users / GroupsTroubleshoot print queue-related issuesConfigure appropriate rights and permissions foraccessing printersRemove the virusfrom the respective desktop/laptop with the antivirus softwareQualifications

BS or equivalent and 1 - 3 years of IT experience.

Preferred: A+ Certification

Strong knowledge of and experience supporting:

Microsoft Office suiteOutlookMicrosoft EdgeRemote VPN clientsTCP/IP and basic LAN issuesSCCM, Microsoft Windows, Windows Active Directory, and Jamf experience are a plus.A strong customer focus and exceptional skills in delivering desktop support are required.
