The IT Desktop Support Intern will work with the Cloquet IT Desktop Support Team to perform the following:
Maintain desktop operating systems (Windows 10) including imaging, configuration and troubleshooting in an Active Directory-based networked environment.
Provides support, including configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Productivity applications (Microsoft Office 365) and many other PC based applications, such as Microsoft Teams, SAP desktop client (SAP GUI), and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, etc.
Provides configuration and troubleshooting of PC peripherals (scanners, printers, webcams, etc.
Provides hands-on support to the Sappi Cloquet Mill for computer and peripheral issues.
Logs incidents and tracks support requests using a ticketing system.
Responds to desktop support calls in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
Works with the Cloquet IT Desktop Support team to assist with project plans and ongoing priorities.

Any student interested must be enrolled in a 2 or 4-year degree program in an Information Technology related field. Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
Strong background in Windows 10, Microsoft Office (365 preferred) in a networked Active Directory based environment
Understanding of TCP/IP networking and routing
Experience with support of desktop, laptop, and all associated peripherals
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced team focused on customer satisfaction.
