Salary Range: $40,000 - $53,500 based on experience

The Desktop Support Engineer will support employees, computer hardware and software, within the corporate IT environment.

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Engineer Job in Rochester, NY:

Provide support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and their respective software.
Resolve computer hardware, software, internet, and web-based application issues.
Perform minor hardware repairs.
Imaging of computers with agency approved software and services.
Work with hardware vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications of the Desktop Support Engineer Job in Rochester, NY: Associate degree or equivalent 3 to 5-year experience in an IT-related field.
Experience providing Windows desktop support.
Experience with remote support tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Active Directory.
Valid driver's license
