Responsibilities
• Prepare submittal document layouts that present technical information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-reference manner.• Prepare line art and other graphics that are used within submittal documentation.• Collaborate with teams to ensure submittal documentation is thoroughly reviewed and approved.• Assist with the layout and publication of product tagging/labeling.• Work within the Victaulic Digital Asset Management System to upload line art and images.• Work within the Victaulic Engineering Department's Global Data Portal to find graphics and specifications.• Participate in Best Practice activities of the Engineering Technical Publications Department.• Perform a variety of tasks to support routine operations of the department.• Work under close supervision to learn procedures and gain product knowledge.• Become familiar with Victaulic leadership values.
Requirements
• Associate's degree in graphic design, graphic communications, or another related field• Highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, along with Microsoft products• Experience working with technical documentation a plus• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent interpersonal skills• Collaborative and able to work with a cross-functional team• Ability to work from written and verbal directions• Enthusiasm and ability to learn about Victaulic and their products, markets, and customers.
