Responsibilities Require additional resource to support high level high touch projects including Windows 11, Expedition Tech, Security Compliance Management. Operational Support for Hybrid device Management, as well as longer term growth projects/new projects. The End User Engineer would be responsible for managing sustainment functions as well, to include: monthly security patches, communicating with other departments for new deployment of new application testing, installs and upgrades; hardware asset management data; encryption compliance; new hardware testing for lifecycle support; and support NTT with Tier 2 and Tier 1 issues. The End User Engineer will also supervise the creation and maintenance of hundreds of VUMC Group Policy Objects used and Intune Configurations by the VUMC Enterprise.
