Responsibilities
• Work with project team to coordinate design and construction• Read and interpret construction drawings and documents• Create project schedules and scopes of work• Coordinate drawings and schedules with subcontractors• Prepare contracts, invoices, and change orders• Attend meetings and participate in project planning• Generate progress reports and record site operations• Deliver miscellaneous packages as needed
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word• Prior experience in Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, Procore, and Timberline is a bonus• Studying Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar major
