Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Reliability Engineers• Manage multiple projects with differing priorities• Review and analyze product reliability• Develop enhanced methods of testing• Investigate ways to utilize big data and machine learning• Use statistical analysis to provide meaning to reliability test data• Develop and refine global test instructions for reliability testing• Support failure analysis for accelerated life testing• Investigate special cause events and provide root cause understanding
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in electronics, engineering, physics or similar technical field• 8+ years' experience in reliability engineering• Knowledge of key standards used in reliability engineering• Strong understanding of Reliability statistics• Experience with Physics-of-failure simulation software• Ability to supervise a technical team• Problem solving skills and ability to write technical reports• Strong communication skills• Ability to work seamlessly in a cross-functional environment
