Responsibilities
• Provide highest level of customer service and responsiveness• Perform quality control on various deposit account maintenance• Interact with branches and customers for inquiries and research• Assist in overseeing operations and transactions involving IRAs and HSAs• Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls• Process daily card orders• Review Mobile and RDC deposits• Handle research requests and asset verifications• Perform minor deposit account changes• Assist with branch capture
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1 year of banking experience• Preferably 2 years of frontline banking experience• Must have some IRA knowledge• Knowledge of general banking procedures, policies, and regulations• Proficiency in Windows based computer systems including Word, Excel, etc.
