Dental Receptionist / Front Desk

Looking to hire a professional and charismatic front office receptionist/insurance coordinator. Yes, you need to have some personality! In this position, it's absolutely essential to have a friendly and inviting smile. 
Must be willing to cross-train for front and back duties! It's not often the front desk is needed in the back but if and when the moment arrives, you'll need to swiftly move into action. We have a friendly team always willing to help one another when they need it and we are hoping to find someone who is a team player, willing to receive constructive criticism. ONLY a fun, friendly and energetic personality will fit this role.
We are looking for someone permanent and willing to grow with the practice. If you're a people person who is willing to serve the community with a smile at ALL times and can provide positive customer service then please consider applying. We are willing to train the right candidate in areas of front/back office duties but NOT in mannerisms.
Some of the duties include: 
Answering the phone - Must speak clear and concise  Scheduling patient appointments Collecting payments  Calling insurance and getting full breakdowns  Presenting treatment plans to patients as well as going over the cost Brownie points for the following experience:
