Who We're Looking For We are looking for a dental hygienist that values patient care and is able to communiate with patients with kindness and enjoys connecting with their community of patients in a healthy positive way. We want someone who is confident in their abilities but also willing to learn and grow. 
Responsibilities Establishing patient rapport, educate, and engage the patient in partnering to maintain oral health.
• Performing prophylactic cleanings of adults and children, SRP treatment and placement of medicaments.
• Assisting with doctor exams.
• Diagnosing periodontal disease and educating patients on the disease process.
• Entering treatment plans and existing restorations into computer system.
• Setting up and tearing down own operatory.
• Providing maintenance and sterilizing of hygiene operatory equipment.
• Sanitizing and restocking operatories.
• Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
• Reviewing charts in preparation for next day's patients.
• Effectively communicating with front office staff. #CB
