Dental Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator Location Woodhaven, MI : We are looking for a front desk team member that can be a valuable contributor and focuses on outstanding patient care for our brand new, single doctor endodontic practice . Maintaining high professionalism, a positive attitude, and a team-player mentality are core to our practice model. This a great opportunity to establish a dental home with huge potential for growth! The position is part-time with potential for full-time, 2-3 days/week, Monday through Friday only.
$18.00-$25.00/hour (plus BONUSES) - Hourly rate will be decided based on previous experience.
Ideal candidate will have previously worked as an insurance verification specialist/billing specialist/patient scheduling coordinator.
*******Dental billing and insurance experience required******* We are looking for someone experienced in all aspects of the dental front office administration including: Greeting patients Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance benefits Explain treatment plans including costs Collecting payments Managing insurance claims and billing Maintain accurate patient records Additional skills required: Exhibits professionalism, positive attitude, and reliability Knowledge of basic dental terminology Excellent communication and people skills Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task Basic computer skills High school diploma or beyond Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
