Location: West Bloomfield, MI (Maple Rd)Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, FridayShift Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (or until the last patient is finished)Responsibilities:Patient Care: Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.Instrument Sterilization: Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control guidelines.X-Ray Assistance: Assist in taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage patient appointments and assist in maintaining the dental office schedule.Front Office Support: Provide support to the front office as needed, including greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks.Requirements:Certification: Completion of a recognized Dental Assistant program and certification.X-Ray Certification: X-Ray certification is preferred.Experience: Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is an advantage, but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Benefits:In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $21 to $23 per hour, successful candidates will be eligible for paid holidays after completing 6 months of employment.If you are passionate about dental care, dedicated to patient satisfaction, and eager to contribute to a positive and supportive team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
