As a Dental Team Member at Bright Now Dental, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring a seamless dental experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism. Assisting dentists and hygienists during dental procedures. Taking and developing dental X-rays. Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment. Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient concerns with empathy and efficiency. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice. Upholding infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
