Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace for the Army TIGER Program, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolve material related issues due to supply-based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
•Solve material related problems
•Ensure timely material ordering
•Engineering Change Requests
•Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
•Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
•Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
•Provide data and analysis
•Escalate shortages and potential shortages
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR restrictions
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Supply Chain or Business
• Prior experience within supply chain
• MRP/ERP experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to master schedule planning products that flow
• Knowledge in lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology
• Ability to multi-task and assess priorities in a complex and demanding environment
• Knowledge in Project Management and SIOP
• Ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of internal customers
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
