Eagle Rock offers excellent pay potential with a pay structure that includes daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses and generous overtime opportunities; as well as set schedules that allow for a great quality of life. Our Colorado Springs drivers start at approximately $58,000-$65,000 per year (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and performance bonus) and many earn $70,000 and more annually with company experience.

About the Opportunity The Class A CDL Delivery Driver is the key to getting all of our great products safely and efficiently from our warehouses to our valued customers. Our drivers pride themselves on their reliability and excellent customer service and we couldn't be more grateful for their efforts day in and day out. This is a full-time position in our Colorado Springs, CO location.
Job Duties include:
Responsibility for delivering and servicing all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accountsMerchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of productsManaging rotation of product and maintain a neat inventory in each account.Honoring all personal and business commitments to all customers.Operating company vehicle safely, courteously, and obey all traffic regulationsCompletion of all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.At Eagle Rock, safety is the first priority. To enjoy this job to the fullest, it's important that our drivers be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which include:

Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $58,000 to $65,000 per year (including base pay, commissions and bonus)
