This position is focused around conducting heavy-volume negotiations with creditors in concurrence with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and reaching contracts with the goal of lowering our clients' debt. This is a full-time remote role. This position has an expected start date of 3/11/2024. Negotiate, deliver, and follow through to completion on client settlement offers and proposals between the client and the creditor Establish and maintain contact with creditors, collection agencies, collection law firms, and debt buyers Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible Review client's banking account to determine funds necessary and available to execute the program Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience Analytical mindset with a strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent communication, both verbal and written High energy, competitive, articulate, passionate, and motivated to be #1 Experience working in a metrics based/goals driven environment Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Multi-tasker with great organizational and communication skills The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly National Debt Relief was founded in 2009 with the goal of helping an expanding number of consumers deal with overwhelming debt. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $19.81/hr + performance-based bonuses.
