Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems• Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues• Perform inspections on vehicles• Maintain records of repairs and services• Communicate effectively with customers and other technicians• Stay up-to-date with automotive technology advancements• Adhere to safety policies and procedures• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction• Conduct test drives to verify repair work and vehicle performance
Requirements
• Infiniti Technician preferred• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician• Strong working knowledge of automotive systems• Proficient with latest diagnostic tools and equipment• ASE certification preferred• Experience with dealership-specific brands/models a plus• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers• Valid driver's license and good driving record
