Job Description:
As a Dealership Growth Specialist with us, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our dealership portfolio and providing strategic consulting services. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisitions & Business Development (50%):
Identify and pursue new dealership acquisition opportunities through B2B outreach and strategic negotiations.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisition targets, perform due diligence, and evaluate financial performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and stakeholders throughout the acquisition process.
Achieve and exceed acquisition targets, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
Consultation & Strategy (50%):
Collaborate with dealership clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
Conduct assessments of dealership operations, financial performance, and F&I processes.
Create tailored strategies and action plans that enhance profitability, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth.
Recommend customized F&I products and services that align with dealership objectives and market trends.
Provide training and support to dealership teams, enhancing their understanding of F&I products and processes.
Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, acquisitions, and management consulting, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess potential acquisitions and interpret complex data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
