Responsibilities
• Daily reconciliation for cash, checks, and credit card receipts• Data entry and/or scanning of Accounts Payable invoices• Manufacturer AR statement invoice data entry• Support for New & Used Retail Car Deals review process• Review documents for accuracy• Submission of Finance Contracts to lenders• Track Key Performance Indicators including Schedule aging criteria• Support for DMV Functions, Car Title, and Licensing• Filing and other clerical duties as assigned

• Team player with a focus on exemplary customer service• Critical thinker and effective time manager• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral• Active listening• Positive customer service attitude• Empowered self-leader• Skilled in Microsoft applications• Dealership Experience, Bookkeeping/Accounting, Retail Sales and/or Customer Service preferred• High school graduate or equivalent• 18 years or older• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license• Clear pre-employment drug screen
