Dealer Finance Support Specialist Location Harrisonburg, VA (Downtown area) : DEALER FINANCE SUPPORT SPECIALIST HARRISONBURG DOWNTOWN FINANCIAL CENTER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: function as a liaison between Dealer Finance lenders, dealerships, customers, and the dealer finance team. In addition, a Dealer Finance Support Specialist directly supports the indirect dealer finance lending team in a variety of service and loan functions, properly and efficiently assists customers with dealer finance accounts or loan needs in a professional and courteous manner.
EDUCATION NEEDED High School Diploma / GED

SKILLS NEEDED 5 years of banking or dealer finance service experience Experience in an office environment with administrative responsibilities Possess critical thinking skills and attention to detail Understand the types of collection processes along with federal and state associated requirements Able to handle multitask situations and working environment Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong relationship-building skills Excellent time management skills and be attentive to detail Adequate computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach Pendleton Community Bank is an equal opportunity employer / veteran / disability.
