Job Title: Commercial Project Manager

Reports to: Commercial Project Manager or


Work Hours: Pay Scale: $ Position Summary: Estimate commercial projects and plan, coordinate, execute, maintain & manage an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule Required Qualifications:
•Excellent communication skills , oral & written
•Excellent organizational skills
•Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.)
•Good computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
•Commercial HVAC experience
•10-15 Years experience
•Associates Degree Qualifications desired:
