The Departmental Lead assists the Warehouse Manager by providing materials, equipment, and supplies to facilitate the process of receiving, warehousing and distribution

Responsibilities
• Assists in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations• Initiates and coordinates operational and personnel policies and procedures• Monitors security procedures and protocols in the warehouse• Conducts physical counts and reconciles with data storage system• Completes warehouse operational requirements and follows up on work results• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results• Maintains a positive work atmosphere
Requirements
• 1+ year's warehouse supervision experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines• Ability to work independently without supervision• Flexibility with hours and ability to work varied hours• Good visual acuity and communication skills• Ability to lift, carry, and push a minimum of 40 pounds• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time• May work under stressful circumstances
