Dayshift Diamond Operator

We are looking for an experienced Vollmer CNC Diamond Saw Operator. Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics. Incoming inspection of Tools to print requirements. Maintain equipment, general PM's clean grease and change wire and wheels, ect. As required. Maintain proper flow of material through the production area. Keep track of all required paperwork. Responsible for Final tool inspections and assembly. Notify team member of material shortages. Responsible for housekeeping in work area and follow 5S requirements. Setup and trouble shoot machine issues. Be the got to associate for complicated issues for guidance. Participate in production meetings. Braze tools as required. Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics. Strong understanding of general equipment and operations. Ability to lean and comprehend complex machine setups. Ability to read blueprints and take measurements with calipers and other measuring devices. Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Lean by example. Strong understanding of company polices.
