Data Transfer Specialist

Summary This role will work with a Customer Success team member to configure, import, and analyze customer data. Broader responsibility includes participation in an implementation services team to consistently evolve solutions for the K-12 Education market on a national scope.
Typical Tasks/Duties Reformat data from school districts and vendors to be accepted into the Level Data Database Obtain data from customers/Export data from vendors (iReady, IXL, etc.) Creating and understanding reports for customers to view based on imported data Working with Implementation team to assess district data wants/needs Assist with the configuration of import/export functionality in source and target applications Perform other related tasks as required Qualifications Must haves Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets and various types of data files Demonstrated writing and speaking skills Ability to work directly with customers and team members on a regular basis Nice to haves Associates or higher degree in related field Database experience K-12 education experience Very nice to haves Programming (Scripting/Coding) experience Experience with PowerSchool, Skyward, eSchoolPlus, or SynergySIS Experience with other educational software NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
