Full job description Data Support Specialist Experience working with: Crystal Reports or Other reporting software (SQL required)
Must be comfortable in Excel
ERP Systems (we use Epicor Prophet 21)
Flows of data between systems (flat files, FTP, etc)
Duties: Maintaining data flow to various internal and external parties, answering questions
Overall understanding of Epicor Prophet 21 ERP including screen designs, reports
Creating and Maintaining reports using Infomaker and Crystal Reports
