Job Summary
Provides reporting and analytics that drive business priorities for internal partners. Designs and maintains scorecards, dashboards and reports. Develops and delivers analyses that answer critical business questions. Works data to support, execute, and measure business strategies to drive revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce costs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Transforms data requests into reporting that contains meaningful information for all levels of end users.
Develops scorecards, dashboards and complex reports for business units to measure Service Level Agreements (SLA), growth, retention, and profitability.
Designs, develops and maintains ad hoc reporting.
Provides weekly and monthly analysis and reporting including executive management reporting.
Presents findings and recommendations to various groups across the organization, including senior management as requested.
Troubleshoots and validates data and reports and takes personal responsibility for solving and finding solutions.
Adapts quickly to any changes in the reporting process.
Collaborates with key customers and partners to maintain existing reports and develop new operational reports.
Compiles and enters data from various sources or summarizes large data sets, including the potential use of databases data/business SME knowledge.
Prepares Key Performance Indicator (KPI) summaries, interpreting and communicating the underlying numbers and impacts to the results.
Coordinates and conducts user acceptance testing as requested.
Documents and disseminates instructions/training materials concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports and dashboards as requested.
Identifies opportunities to introduce self-service or automation that aligns with team strategy as requested.
Works with key stakeholders to identify and gather data and reporting requirements.
Ensures adherence to data management governance standards, identifies data gaps, and educates on data nuances using data/business SME knowledge.
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience:
Three years of job related work experience in a professional environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Research and reporting skills
Ability to implement comparative analysis and deliver logical recommendations or conclusions
Attention to detail
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using word processing and spreadsheet software programs

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Experience using Power BI
