Data Products Analyst - Bank Omnichannel

As a Data Products Analyst for our Bank Omnichannel team, you'll play a critical role in crafting and delivering transformative data and analytics products that improve customer experience, optimize business operations, and drive strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, guide solution strategies, and apply sophisticated analytical techniques to solve medium to large scale business problems. You'll also transform and integrate disparate data sources, thoroughly document assumptions and testing for peer reviews and compliance, visualize data to support analysis, and deliver findings to mid to upper-level management.
What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics
4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the banking industry or Advanced degree with 2 years' experience.
Proficiency in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to drive fact-based decision-making
Intermediate and some advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, and relevant industry data & methods.
What Sets You Apart:
Military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
Experience developing and/or applying data discovery and analysis frameworks and tools such as SQL and Python
Experience developing data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Snowflake Snowsight
Demonstrated experience presenting findings and recommendations to non-technical partners in a clear and understandable manner
