The DMS p rovides timely and excellent customer service to internal and external customers . They are responsible for u nderstanding the data context to guide decision-making regarding updating website content targeted at consumers .
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human service, English, library science, or information technology. Minimum of three years of related experience, including one w orking with databases. Experience designing, implementing, and interpreting SQL database queries is a plus. Knowledge of data-driven websites, database-based computer applications, and the use of taxonomy for coding data. Preferred knowledge of human services, human service agencies, and government, legislative, and public policy processes is a plus WORK SCHEDULE This position is a hybrid, working one to two days in the office and remotely for the remainder of the week. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM ABOUT TRELLIS Trellis is a nonprofit organization that advocates for older adults.
