They will also be responsible for creating analytical insights and reports from analyzing metadata for NIKE's operational and analytical data stores. This person will be expected to be a data and result driven, detail oriented, and driven.What will you work on(responsibilities)Personal data identification within different systems and data repositories.Conduct validations of metadata to reduce false positives and false negatives.Metadata analysis for accuracy, consistency, and completenessIdentify data owners against active directory (AD).Help Define execution and analysis of BigID scan outputs.Use data visualization tool (tableau) to communicate executive status' to leaders and incremental progress to stakeholder teams.Provide process recommendations via documentation to automate and operationalize analysis. Other duties and responsibilities assigned.Who will you work withYou will be a part of our Enterprise Data Analytics Governance (EDAG) team within the Data and Analytics (D&A) function. You will be working in the privacy space. Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) team, Engineers GEOs, and other cross-functional stakeholders.What you bring (qualifications)Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience.Expert problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Expert using BI tool (Tableau) for dashboarding.Expert running SQL and using python, R, or Excel.Experience working in multi-cloud environments e.g., Azure and AWS. For AWS primarily, EMR, S3, Redshift, Athena, etc.Understanding of databricks and lakehouseExperience with data warehouses/RDB like Snowflake, redshift, etc.Understand governance and BI tools, such as Collibra and BigID, and Tableau.5+ years of data management, governance, quality, and data privacy.Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential.
