Data Entry Specialist

Data Entry Specialist (Temporary) Location Florence, SC : Since 1978, ACS Technologies ("ACST") has served the faith-based community, building software to help ministries lead with less stress and more accuracy. ACST enables churches to handle every vital area of their ministry from finances to relationships. We're now the leader in the industry but we've got more work to do, and we need the right talent on board to help with our mission of serving churches with tomorrow's technology. ACS Technologies is seeking a temporary Data Entry Specialist. This is a 40 hour/week position that will last up to 6 months.
What You'll Do: Develop and refine processes for entering sales information into the CRM system Monitors sales orders and manual enters sales information to ensure accurate billing exceptions. Identify and react to changes, contacting the necessary teams for corrections. Maintains a professional and positive relationship with the Territory Account Management team. Maintains accurate records in the CRM and adequately notes reasons for billing adjustments or modifications. What We're Looking For: High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of administrative or data entry experience. Must be a comfortable driving distance from Florence, SC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across various departments and all levels of the organization Ability to employ self-directed work habits, exhibits initiative, drive, self-assurance and professionalism Sales Logix or other CRM database software experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to quickly learn other software programs such as G-Suite Why You Want to Work Here: Free Wellness Clinic staffed by a Nurse Practitioner A caring, friendly work environment The opportunity to positively impact ministries We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
