Data Entry / Qa Technician / Materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mon-Thu, 4pm-2:30am $18- $22/hr Sun Prairie, WI The Data Entry/Quality Technician monitors and enters finished goods into computer system, creates pallet tags, and any other data entry duties assigned from the Production Manager or Quality Director. Drives electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices to transport packaging materials throughout the facility to support production efforts. Also may assist QC completing daily checks. Essential Functions: - Responsible to adhere to company food safety, quality and regulatory practices and procedures. - Properly load and unload materials using pallet jack, hand jack or by hand. - Activity and issue product and ingredient tags. - Generate Pallet tags and place on proper pallets. - Deliver packaging in a timely manner to ensure seamless production runs. - Document and communicate any discrepancies with Warehouse and Production. - Assist Quality Control with daily checks as needed. - Maintain accurate and legible records/documentation. - Utilize RFID technology (Scanners and WMS programs) to move material systematically as it is physically moved throughout the facility. - Inspect lift truck daily and notify maintenance of vehicular issues. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing set goals - Assisting other departments as needed and performing related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Education: Minimum of high school diploma or GED - Previous operation of a lift truck a plus. - Knowledge of manufacturing operations and inventory control. - Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, Allergens and Personal Protective Equipment. - Confidentiality, organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail and time management. * ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: This position is listed by a private employment agency.
