We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Clerk who will be tasked with input of paper-based information into our digital systems. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
*THIS IS AN OFFICE JOB* Responsibilities: Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders Organize existing data in a spreadsheet Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients. Requirements: High school diploma. Good command of English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient touch typing skills. Benefits:
